The recipes and writing here are ours. Cook them, feed them to people, adapt them for your own kitchen — that is the entire point. Please ask before republishing the text somewhere else.

Recipes are tested in home kitchens, not a lab. Ovens vary, pans vary, and you know your own kitchen better than we do. Use normal judgment around heat, raw ingredients, and allergies.

The site is provided as is. If something here is wrong, tell us on the contact page and we'll correct it.
